FAQ
What does an airport transfer cost?+
It depends where to and what size vehicle, so we close an exact figure rather than an estimate. Send the flight number and the address and you get a price.
Would a taxi not be cheaper?+
For a short ride into the centre, usually yes, and we will tell you so. A transfer pays off when there are four or more of you, when the flight lands at night, or when you want somebody waiting with your name.
What if my flight is delayed?+
We track the flight number and move the pickup. The driver is there when you land, even if that is later than planned.
Can I have a Hebrew-speaking driver?+
Arranged in advance, usually yes, and we will not promise it on every ride. If it matters to you, say so on the booking and we confirm before you pay.
Do you have vehicles for a large group?+
We do. Tell us how many of you there are and how many cases, including a pushchair or bulky gear, and we match a vehicle it all fits into.
Can I book a day out with a driver?+
Yes. A day to Sintra and Cascais with a driver who knows the road is one of the most asked for here, and it can be closed together with the airport ride.
